How my journey began

My journey began in the world of science, where I earned a PhD in Cancer Biology and dedicated years to molecular exploration. That experience taught me the power of deep curiosity and a structured approach to problem-solving. I carried this approach into the corporate world, spending seven years as a manager and leader in an international pharma company.

But my most profound discovery wasn't in a lab — it was experiencing the magic of being coached.

From Impostor to Empowerment

When I first transitioned from academia to the corporate world, I struggled with deep impostor syndrome. I was navigating a new industry, a new language, and a completely new set of expectations. I felt pulled in a million directions, always trying to live up to what others expected of me.

My turning point came when I experienced a true coaching approach firsthand. That process helped me get into the driver's seat, build my own confidence, and realize that by helping others find their voice, we build resilience that goes beyond success or failure.

Most importantly, I learned to break free from the box of external expectations. I realized that the only time I felt truly alive and free was when I was listening to my own inner wisdom rather than my overthinking mind.
